I'm adding a new feature to this blog, "Cranky Food," where I'll discuss one ingredient or product that has been helpful to my guts, diet, and overall health. Expect recipes, critiques of available products/ingredients, links to nutritional info -- things of interest to a foodie vegetarian/aspiring vegan. (And another venue to post all those photos I take of my greenmarket finds and cooking results.)
